Store Return Policy
Except for sale items which may not be returned, any items purchased from Lolli & Pops that are unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased, can be returned for a full refund if returned in the Lolli & Pops store within 10 calendar days of purchase and upon providing proof of purchase from Lolli & Pops. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and the return is approved, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return.

Except for sale items and all bulk candy/chocolate, which may not be returned, all items purchased from Lolli & Pops online, The View or GMA that are unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased, can be returned within 10 days for a full refund if returned to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, if a return is approved, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return once Lolli & Pops receives the returned item.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Another option for refund would be to request a merchandise credit that you will receive within 24 hours after the refund is approved. The merchandise credit can only be used for an online purchase.
If you are missing an item from your purchase, you must email online-services@lolliandpops.com within 10 calendar days of the date of purchase and upon approval by Lolli & Pops, the item listed on the packing slip will be replaced and shipped to you free of charge. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
All sale items are final sales and no refunds will be issued.
