When you want to redeem a reward, you just need to provide your POP
Points Account email address or phone number --we can retrieve your account and redeem the reward once confirming those details.

Absolutely! We will add your rewards points to your account based on recent purchase(s). Please allow up to 1 (one) week from your online purchase for your POP Points to appear. At this time, POP Points cannot be redeemed online.
